Successful Quality Audit
As one of our main customer in Hong Kong set up his regular audit procedures, our teams designed an action plan and reached a final satisfactory rate of 85%. To answer our customer’s needs a project team was formed to carry throught the QA audit*. Like this, everyone was involved to allow a continuous improvement of the procedures and technical standards for value added services.
* A quality audit is a systematic and independent examination. It is used to determine whether quality activities and related results comply with planned arrangements, and whether the procedures are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve objectives.
